Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria, also known as just Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, is an entertainment center and family restaurant in Hurricane, Utah, opened in 1986. It was the second incarnation of the restaurant, after Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria (1984). It was opened alongside Circus Baby's Pizza World after the newly coined Fazbear Entertainment was purchased by The CEO. Though the restaurant featured high-tech animatronics and was significantly more advanced than its predecessor, it struggled with getting employee applications due to the bad reputation the name had with the Missing Children Incident. Philip Guy was appointed as the location's manager, with his employees being Jeremy Fitzgerald, Joan Madruga, and William Afton under the guise of Dave Miller. Michael Afton would later be hired after Dave's departure, under the guise of Fritz Smith.
