Fazbear Entertainment, Inc. is a corporation founded in 1978 by William Afton and Henry Emily. It was later purchased by Boss Boseman. It owns and operates pizzeria and entertainment venues of the Fazbear franchise all throughout the state of Utah, having previously owned Fredbear's Family Diner and Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria (1984), though both have since shut down, the latter as a result of the Missing Children Incident. After being purchased by The CEO, the company headquarters were moved from Hurricane, Utah to Salt Lake City, Utah, and plans for new restaurants were created, the primary ones being Circus Baby's Pizza World (in partnership with Afton Robotics, LLC and a new iteration of Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria (1986), which both opened at the same time. Circus Baby's Pizza World shut down on opening day as a result of the death of Elizabeth Afton, and Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rental is due to open in it's place. To fill the empty space, Chica's Party World was opened in St. George, Utah. There are two other unnamed locations under the franchise located in other areas of the state.
