Circus Baby's Pizza World was an entertainment center and family restaurant in Hurricane, Utah, opened in 1986. It was opened alongside Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria (1986) as a sister location. The restaurant featured highly advanced animatronics powered by Remnant technology curated by William Afton, the designer of the animatronics (Afton Robotics, LLC) and the manager of the location. Unbeknowst to Fazbear Entertainment at the time, the true purpose of the animatronics was to capture and kill children to convert into Remnant. On opening day, this backfired when the titular animatronic Circus Baby killed William's daughter Elizabeth Afton. William and Fazbear Entertainment immediately covered up this incident, saying a toxic gas leak had erupted within the building, and causing the restaurant to be shut down on the same day of its debut.
