Bosley "Boss" Boseman, also known as Bossman, is a main character in BlueyCapsules. He is a wealthy Irish entrepreneur, investor, and former casino owner who holds authority over many local franchises in Utah, Arizona and Nevada. He purchased ownership of Fazbear Entertainment from Henry Emily in 1983 for three million dollars and turned Fredbear's Family Diner into Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria, which opened in 1984. Despite his rather intimidating facade, Boss is a very casual and easy-going individual with a good heart, and an annoyingly doting father to three spoiled children: Gabriel, Cassidy, and Jerry Boseman. He harbors an intense rivalry with William Afton.
Following the death of his three children in the Missing Children Incident and the resulting divorce from his wife, Boss would relinquish ownership of Freddy's back to William and Henry and would depart from Hurricane, hoping to return one day to solve the mystery himself.
Personality
Boss is a man who knows how to look both warm and inviting, as well as incredibly intimidating. He cares deeply about his friends and family, but isn't afraid to stand firmly against those who present a threat to him, his kids, or his businesses. Despite his overwhelming wealth, he is an incredibly humble and down-to-earth person, preferring to dress casually and present himself as an approachable, easy-going guy that's just like everyone else in the crowd. Being a very family-oriented person who loves children, especially his own, Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria is easily the business he invests the most time and money into, wanting to create a safe and inviting environment for all who enter.
History
Boss Boseman was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. He lived in a large family and was the oldest of six children, with five younger sisters. His parents were both multi-billionaires and Boss was lucky enough to inherit their fortune. He would later meet his wife, Ivy, before the two decided to move to Las Vegas to start their family. Boss opened a pub in Las Vegas which quickly evolved into a massive, bustling casino (Boseman Casino Resort), but it was unfortunately shut down due to some unspecified problems. Boss decided to move up into Utah, somewhat close to Hurricane, Utah, and began buying many local businesses and franchises, one of which was Fredbear's Family Diner after encountering William and Henry on the side of the road.
During his time as the manager of the original Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, Boss became very close with Henry Emily, with whom he shared a great professional and personal relationship. After the disappearances of Susie Denver and Fritz Valentino, he tried to keep up business and appearances by convincing himself and others that the children would be found safe. That hope quickly evaporated when his own children went missing and he went through a divorce, sending him into a downward spiral of depression. He quickly became unable to stand being at Freddy’s, leading to his relinquishment of the company back to William and Henry. Before his departure from Hurricane, he thanked Henry for being a great friend, assuring him that he would return someday and solve what happened to his family.

- Boss is the first character in BlueyCapsules who is entirely original, with no canon basis in Five Nights at Freddy's lore.
- He is bisexual.
- Upon his initial creation, Boss was intended to be a villain who was needlessly rude and cruel to both William and Henry. However, this concept was scrapped due to wanting to focus on William's role as the main antagonist.
